What our customers need to know about how we are protecting them.

We are committed to the safety of our employees and customers.

The owners of Basement Masters Waterproofing are enforcing stringent protocols that follow CDC and WHO COVID-19 guidelines. To learn more about the CDC and WHO guidelines, click the links below!  

Prior to each appointment, the specialist will call the customer to confirm the following protocols will be followed during the appointment:

  1. Temperature: Every morning, each employee takes and reports their temperature to HQ and will not visit a customer’s home or construction project if their temperature exceeds the normal range, per CDC guidelines.
    • Temperature Verification: Each employee will confirm with the customer that they do not have a temperature and that it is within the normal range of 97.6 to 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Hand Washing: Each employee follows CDC hand washing protocol:
    • To mitigate the spread of the virus, every employee carries alcohol sanitizer in the event they need to have direct contact with any items in the customer’s home.
  3. Social Distancing: Per CDC guidelines, employees will maintain a minimum of 6 feet of separation from the customer at all times.
  4. Contact Mitigation: In accordance with CDC guidelines, employees have been instructed to limit direct contact with customers.
  5. The following employees will have limited direct contact with customers:
    • Foundation Specialist
    • Construction Foreman
  6. Protective Gear: Per WHO guidelines, each employee will wear the following protective equipment, if necessary:
    • Foundation Specialists will wear an N95 mask when in the customer’s home.
    • Foundation Specialists will wear shoe coverings while in the customers’ homes.
    • Construction workers not in contact with customers will not be wearing masks, gloves, or using hand sanitizer.

  2. Si su temperatura es superior a 98.6 grados, quédese en casa
  3. Si alguien en su familia está enfermo o tiene fiebre, escalofríos, temperatura alta, tos, problemas respiratorios relacionados con la enfermedad, quédese en casa
  4. Lávate las manos con jabón. cualquier jabón durante al menos 30 segundos: cuente los segundos. frota con energía en tus dedos tus uñas tus muñecas con poder
  5. Séquese las manos con una toalla limpia; de lo contrario, se reinfectará usted y su familia
  6. Haz tu mejor esfuerzo para no tocarte la cara o la nariz; ten en cuenta si lo estás haciendo. Si se ha tocado la cara, la nariz o la boca o se ha sonado la nariz, lávese las manos nuevamente.
  7. Cuando esté en público, al menos a 6 pies de distancia de otra persona para reducir la infección por el virus
  8. No se acerque a menos de 6 pies del cliente para reducir la posibilidad de infectarse o propagar la infección
  9. Durante este tiempo, la única persona en contactar directamente con el propietario de la casa será el jefe de equipo
